As the year begins, there are many people who are looking forward to their upcoming birthdays. Those whose birthdays are approaching tend to plan ahead on where they want to go shopping for on their birthday. For some, birthday freebies can be one of the more exciting parts of the festivities.
To get a birthday freebie at most establishments you need to be a member, but there are some places that will give out freebies solely based on your word.
At Baskin Robbins, you can get a free ice cream scoop with a flavor of your choice in a 4oz cup. Similarly, at Wendy’s, you can get a free ice cream in a flavor of your choice, such as strawberry, vanilla or chocolate.
Starbucks is notorious for having some of the best birthday freebies and is certainly worth a visit on your special day. “The Starbucks lavender matcha drink is the best birthday freebie at Starbucks for [an original] price of $10,” said junior Naomi Perry. You can get a handcrafted drink, a cafe food item or a bottled drink to go. With the new drinks entering starbucks menus recently birthday goers can be adventurous and gamble, as many 18 year olds like to, with a new drink for free!
At Bath and Body Works, they give you a travel size body care along with a hand soap as a freebie for your birthday. These items are essential when traveling and won’t be in the comfort of your home for a while, saving you a trip to the store to get these items.
The store Miniso, a cute shop similar to Pop Mart, also provides you a birthday freebie for your birthday. They give you a free blind box of your choice that they have available for the month of your birthday and will give you a discount if you’re a member. It can also be a good freebie for those who have always wanted to get a blind box at Miniso since it can act as their own birthday gift box for them and be a good figure for them to have in their collection.
Overall, these freebies can provide joy on your birthday, be a good opportunity to celebrate yourself and a good option for those who don’t want to spend lots of money for something they’ve always wanted to get but tends to be expensive.
