SRHS’s Choir Performs A series of Fun Holiday Songs at Winter Concert

By Alice Brookston On December 14th and 15th, Santa Rosa High School’s choirs performed for the second time this year at The Winter Concert. The concert ran for two nights, with over 500 people attending each night. Each show was held at 7pm in the auditorium, and the show ran for roughly two hours. All four choirs performed, and 15 songs were sung in total on both nights. The choirs performed astoundingly well, and sang songs with tribute to the current winter season. Migrant Caravan seeking Asylum Is tear-gassed at U.S-Mexican Border

By Max Parrish On October 13th, 2018, the now well-known migrant caravan departed San Pedro Sula, located approximately 1,000 miles South of Mexico City. Exactly one month later, the caravan arrived at the US-Mexico border. Now, the children, men and women who took part in the caravan have set up tents and bed rolls essentially camping at the border staging protests and attempting to receive asylum from the US, but President Trump is adamant to keep them out of our country.
